Jackie Brennan is the Superintendent of the Overbrook School for the Blind and the Executive Director and CEO of the Overbrook Friedlander Programs, both located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. Jackie has worked at Overbrook School for the Blind for over 40 years starting as a teacher in the Deafblind program.

As the Superintendent, Jackie is responsible for all Early Intervention Programs, on-campus educational programs for students ages 3-21, and school-age itinerant services. These programs serve infants, toddlers, and students who are blind, visually impaired, deafblind, or visually impaired with additional disabilities.

For the past 13 years, she has worked at the Overbrook Friedlander Programs which provides residential and day programs to adults with intellectual disabilities who are also blind, visually impaired, or deafblind.
Jackie serves on Pennsylvania state advisory committees to the Bureau of Special Education for students with hearing loss, vision loss, and deafblindness. These committees advise the Bureau on the educational needs of students with sensory impairments.
