Siân Tesni is CBM International’s Global Advisor for Education.
Born in Wales, UK, she is a qualified teacher of learners who are deaf or hard of hearing. Since 1991, she has been involved in development work and humanitarian action related to inclusive education and ear and hearing care in low-middle-income-countries. Her work includes experience in developing policies, guidelines, advocacy, capacity development, and service provision related to inclusive education.
She has contributed to many publications and regularly gives presentations and webinars related to inclusive education. Siân is also co-coordinator of the International Disability and Development Inclusive Education Task Group.
