Another inspiring meeting of the Global Education Campaign – Latin America brought together professionals, organizations, and families committed to improving the lives of people with deafblindness across our region.
We had the opportunity to share research advances from Argentina on the identification of people with deafblindness, learn about the outstanding awareness initiatives developed in El Salvador, discover FUNDAL’s innovative Sensory Garden in Guatemala, and exchange experiences and future collaborative actions among participating countries.
These conversations remind us that meaningful change happens when we work together, share knowledge, and build strong partnerships across education, health, and social services.
We are grateful to everyone who contributed their expertise, experiences, and commitment. Together, we continue moving toward a more inclusive Latin America where people with deafblindness and their families are recognized, supported, and empowered.
