About Sian Tesni
Siân Tesni is a qualified teacher of learners who are deaf or hard of hearing and a prominent global advocate for inclusive education. Throughout her career spanning decades of international development work, she served as the CBM Global Advisor for Inclusive Education, co-chaired the International Disability and Development Consortium (IDDC) Inclusive Education Task Group, and represented CBM on the Deafblind International board starting in 2008. Following her retirement from full-time humanitarian work, she continues to consult on inclusive education and serves on the Board of Trustees for Sense International.
