Today is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. DbI fully endorses “Nothing Without Us”. While we can celebrate some progress DbI and the world have made, there is much more to be done. People with deafblindness are still very often left behind. Just look at the devastating figure of 14% of children with deafblindness actually enrolled in education.
